PRIMARY SCHOOL<\/p>\n<p>Students from the Macedonian bilingual program at Lalor North Primary School had the opportunity to learn about the importance of Saints Cyril and Methodius for Macedonian literacy, language, and spiritual culture.<\/p>\n<p>At the invitation of the school, Fr. Gavril (Galev), abbot of the \u201cSt Clement of Ohrid\u201d Monastery in Kinglake, delivered a special lecture marking the feast of Saints Cyril and Methodius. The students attentively followed the presentation and learned more about the mission of the Slavic enlighteners and the importance of preserving the Macedonian language and tradition.<\/p>\n<p>Lalor North Primary School remains one of the most important centres for Macedonian language education in Australia, with its bilingual program successfully operating since 1984.<\/p>\n<p>May Saints Cyril
