class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">On 27 September 2026, the Seventeenth Sunday after Pentecost, when the Holy Church celebrated the Exaltation of the Precious and Life-Giving Cross of the Lord, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated at St Nicholas Church in Perth. The service was presided over by the parish priest, Protopresbyter-Stavrophore Fr Stanko Jovanovski.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Many faithful joined in prayer during the festal service, approached the Holy Chalice and received the Holy Mysteries of Christ.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">The feast commemorates the discovery of the Lord\u2019s Cross by St Helena and its later return from Persia to Jerusalem. The Exaltation of the Cross proclaims Christ\u2019s victory and calls us to bear our own crosses in faith as we follow the Saviour.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">May the feast be blessed for many years!
