CHURCH PATRONAL FEAST OF SAINT NIKOLA AT OUR MACEDONIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH IN PERTH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dear Parishioners,<\/p>\n<p>The Macedonian Orthodox Church of Saint Nikola would like to announce that on the 19th of December 2017, Tuesday, we celebrate our Church Patron Saint-Saint Nikola.<br \/>\nIn honour of Saint Nikola on Tuesday, 19th of December our Holy Church will be open and the Holy Liturgy along with the Holy Communion will be served.<br \/>\nThe Holy Liturgy will commence at 9 am. Everyone is welcome.<\/p>\n<p>On this coming Sunday, 17th of December 2017, following the Holy Liturgy, in honour of our Church Patron Saint Nikola, the Wonder-worker, there will be a traditional celebration with lunch served at the Macedonian Community Centre in North Perth opposite the Church. By tradition the lunch will be of a fasting nature : bean soup, prepared by our parishioners .<br \/>\nAt this event &#8220;KUD Goce Delchev&#8221; will be performing with beautiful dances and songs from all parts of Macedonia.<\/p>\n<p>Also on Sunday following the Divine Liturgy , we will break the Celebratory Bread (\u0441\u043b\u0430\u0432\u0441\u043a\u0438\u043e\u0442 \u043a\u043e\u043b\u0430\u0447), and we will sanctify the water for the health and for the salvation of all believers. This year, the Bread, Wine and Wheat for our Church Patronal Feast of St. Nikola will be prepared by our faithful &#8211; the Godparents for this year: Vasil and Rini Alabakov and their family.
