As the Holy Gospel testifies, this event was prior to (six days before) the betrayal and crucifiction of the Lord Jesus Christ on Golgotha. The scholars have interpreted this miracle as a fore-image and sort of spiritual preparation of the witnesses at that time for the impending Resurrection of Christ. In any case, at that time the Lazarus resurrection was experienced as the strongest proof of the Divinity of the Lord Jesus Christ before the Jews from that time and then became a stumbling block for many. But since than many believed in Him as our Saviour. Some theologians particularly interpreted the Human and the Divine nature of Christ at the resurrection of Lazarus, saying that the Lord wept before the grave of Lazarus because of His human love for him as a dear friend, and He resurrected him by His Divine power as God.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>&#8220;Would not everyone say that they (the Jews) could easily have realized that He was equal with the Father, when He raised His eyes to heaven and said: &#8220;Father, thank you, for You heard Me.&#8221; For He Himself then clarified: &#8220;And I knew that You always hear Me, but I said this for the people who are gathered here to believe that Thou hast sent Me.&#8221; (John 11, 41-42) That is, for them to know that He is one with God and He comes from the Father and that He does not oppose, but works wonders by the will of, the Father. He lifted up His eyes to the Father in front of everybody, and He addressed the Father with these words for all to understand that He who speaks on the earth, is equal to the Highest Father Who is in heaven. This foretelling was as at the beginning of creation which was to bring man into being, and now \u2013 at the re-creation of the man in the face of Lazarus. Then, with the intention to create the man, the Father said to the Son: Let us make man, and the Son obeyed, so that the man came to life. But here now the Son spoke, the Father obeyed, and so Lazarus was resurrected. Do you see here the same honour and equal respect? These words, although spoken to people in the form of prayer, were the words of power and governance: Lazarus, come out! \u2013 &#8220;So, were not the commandment of the Living One and the prayer of
