Македонскиот духовник отец Гаврил (Галев) доби три високи признанија за неговиот долгогодишен придонес кон Македонската заедница во Австралија
Во организација на Македонската австралиска заедничка организација (MACO), на свечената Илинденска прослава во Мелбурн, на отец Гаврил Галев, игумен на манастирот „Свети Климент Охридски“ во Кинглејк, му беа врачени три високи признанија како знак на благодарност и почит за неговата повеќедецениска духовна, културна и општествена дејност во македонската заедница во Австралија.
Особено значајно е што признанијата доаѓаат од различни институции, како потврда за широкото признание што го ужива неговата работа.
Овие три признанија претставуваат уште една потврда дека долгогодишната и пожртвувана служба на отец Гаврил Галев е високо ценета и препознаена не само од македонската заедница, туку и од институциите на австралиската држава, кои го вреднуваат неговиот значаен придонес во зачувувањето на македонското духовно, културно и национално наследство во Австралија.

AT THE ILINDEN CELEBRATION ORGANIZED BY THE MACEDONIAN AUSTRALIAN COMMUNITY ORGANISATION (MACO), FATHER GAVRIL GALEV – ABBOT OF THE ST. CLEMENT OF OHRID MONASTERY IN KINGLAKE – RECEIVED THREE PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS FOR HIS LONGSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO THE MACEDONIAN COMMUNITY IN AUSTRALIA
Macedonian Orthodox priest Father Gavril Galev was honoured with three prestigious awards in recognition of his many years of dedicated service and outstanding contribution to the Macedonian community in Australia.
During the Ilinden celebration held in Melbourne and organized by the Macedonian Australian Community Organisation (MACO), Father Gavril Galev, Abbot of the St. Clement of Ohrid Monastery in Kinglake, was presented with three distinguished awards as a mark of gratitude and respect for his decades of spiritual, cultural, and community service to Macedonians in Australia.
These awards are particularly significant because they were presented by different institutions, reflecting the broad recognition and respect that Father Gavril’s work has earned across both the Macedonian community and Australian public institutions.
Presented by Natalie Hutchins MP, in recognition of his continuous work, selfless ministry, and unwavering support for the Macedonian community in the State of Victoria.
Presented by Minister Ingrid Stitt, in cooperation with the Macedonian Australian Community Organisation (MACO), in recognition of more than twenty years of dedicated service to young people, his commitment to preserving Macedonian culture, traditions, and identity, and his active contribution to community life.
Presented by Stojan Janakievski, President of the Federation, in recognition of Father Gavril’s longstanding dedication, selfless service, and exceptional contribution to the spiritual and cultural development of the Macedonian community in Australia.
These three distinguished awards serve as yet another testament to the fact that Father Gavril Galev’s decades of devoted ministry and service are highly valued and widely recognised—not only by the Macedonian community but also by the institutions of the State of Victoria, which acknowledge his significant contribution to preserving the Macedonian spiritual, cultural, and national heritage in Australia.
